[igraph] PPS in igraph

Good day!

I self-study social network analysis.
Is there a way to sample via Probability Proportional to Size (PPS) in
igraph? The output should still be a graph, preferably in edgelist format.

I've been trying different igraph functions, I can't seem to find one.
